Hi! My name is Victoria, and I'm the Co-owner, Founder, and Manager at Waimea Bay.
Helping my mom bake cookies, neighborhood lemonade stands, and school bake sales, I've always been drawn to the kitchen. These moments sparked a lifelong passion for sharing my creations with people.
I was inspired to create Waimea based on my love for fresh, healthy, flavorful food. I had my first acai bowl in 2022 from a local spot in Chesterfield, and have been addicted ever since. I wanted somewhere to get fresh acai close to home. March 5, 2025, I got the idea to do it myself. What started off as an idea of a little stand has since turned into much more. My mom and I started brainstorming, and eventually bought our concession trailer on April 22 in Georgia. On the drive home, I was already starting to buy appliances. 29 days later, we had our grand opening. Waimea has since then grown into something tremendous. Everything has all been such a challenge, and I am so grateful for my family and community throughout this whole journey; I can't wait to see how Waimea grows!
What is your favorite part of owning Waimea?
