Hi, my name is Victoria. I have always been passionate about food and cooking. When I was 16, I wanted to share my love for açaí bowls with my community so my mom, Claire and I launched a mobile food trailer specializing in fresh açaí bowls in Powhatan County. As a mother-daughter team, we've poured our hearts into creating something healthy, fun, and community-driven. Our truck isn't just about food-it's about family, entrepreneurship, and community. Our motive was to create a local business that was unique, offered a healthier snack option, and a place for teens and families to gather.
